Welcome to SC8.wine. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and SC8.wine ("SC8", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, and features offered through the SC8.wine platform, including but not limited to online gaming, sports betting, promotions, and customer support services.

By registering an account or using any SC8 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the SC8 platform immediately.

01 Acceptance of Terms

Using the SC8.wine platform means you explicitly and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect from the first time you access SC8.wine, whether or not you register an account.

SC8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via registered email or in-platform notifications when significant changes occur. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms apply to all users regardless of the method of access (web browser, mobile app, or any other device).
• These Terms are to be read together with SC8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and other versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence for users in Malaysia.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the SC8.wine platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. SC8 actively conducts age verification and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• Non-SC8 employees: Employees, partners, and immediate family members of individuals involved in SC8 operations are not permitted to be active members.
• Permitted residence: You must access the platform from a country or region where the use of SC8 services is permitted under local law.

03 Account Registration & KYC Process

SC8 account registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of SC8's compliance policy. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Bank account or e-wallet details for payment verification purposes.
• A selfie with your identification document under certain circumstances.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts detected will be closed without prior notice, and any balance or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

04 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

SC8 offers a range of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are protected by bank-grade encryption.

All withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 require full KYC verification before processing. SC8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require further review for compliance or security reasons. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours with further information.

• Deposited funds must be used for betting at least once before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• SC8 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

SC8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion, and those terms are to be read together with these general terms.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• One active promotion at a time: Members are not permitted to claim more than one promotion at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedging bets between different accounts — is strictly prohibited.

06 General Game Rules

All games offered on SC8.wine use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game outcome. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game can be found in the relevant game information section.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, SC8 will use server records to determine a fair outcome. If an outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and funds returned to the member's account balance.

• Game results recorded by SC8 servers are final in all dispute cases.
• SC8 is not liable for any losses resulting from a poor internet connection or disruptions on the user's device.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly stated within the game interface.

07 Prohibited User Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all members, SC8 strictly prohibits the following behaviour:

• Use of automated software or tools (bots, scripts, or programs) to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt SC8's systems and infrastructure.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds for activities on the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about SC8 to the public.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system through multiple registrations or other means.

SC8 employs an advanced monitoring system to detect unusual activity. Accounts suspected of violations will be temporarily blocked for investigation, and SC8 reserves the right to disclose relevant information to the appropriate authorities if required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

SC8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Member-initiated request to close their account.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the SC8 support team. Valid funds in the account will be returned after a final review is completed, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

09 SC8 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SC8 and its affiliated companies, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the SC8 platform.

SC8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance and occasional technical emergencies cannot be entirely avoided.

• SC8 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites or platforms that may be linked from our platform.
• Losses arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, global internet outages, government actions) are beyond SC8's liability.
• SC8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

SC8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on SC8.wine. For significant changes, SC8 will provide at least 7 days' notice before they take effect via in-platform notifications or email to registered members.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by SC8.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
